We buy daily from Peterhead — one of Europe's largest white fish markets — and source from Shetland, giving us direct access to North Sea and Atlantic catch without unnecessary handling in between.
Our delivery routes cover the Moray Coast, Inverness and the Highlands, North Scotland, the Western Isles, Stornoway, the Uists and the West Coast.
